Tween Theater Club is just for kids ages 9-12! Come join in the fun as our dedicated instructors provide an afternoon of theater topics. Every meeting is sure to be a blast!
April 9: The Beginnings of Theater: Storytelling in Ancient Greece
Let’s journey back to the 6th century BC and look at theater in its earliest forms! With the help of masks and a Greek chorus of our own, we will have a blast exploring the tragedies, comedies, and satyr plays where theatre found its beginning.
SCHOOL YEAR CLUBS
- During the school year, Tween Club is held monthly on Saturday afternoons. Join us for social time from 3:00-3:30 and club from 3:30-5:30.
- School-year clubs are $10/session, payable at the door. No previous experience necessary to come to clubs.
- Clubs will be led by STC instructors Ben Siegel and Samuel Huhn.
If you have never attended a theater club before, or the last time you attended was before May 2021, you must sign an activity authorization form. Please either bring a parent with you to sign your form at STC, or bring a completed form. You can print an activity authorization here.
