Tween Theater Club is just for kids ages 9-12! Come join in the fun as our dedicated instructors provide an afternoon of theater topics. Every meeting is sure to be a blast!
February 12: Acting Without Words
An actor’s voice can be a powerful tool. So what happens when we take it away? This month, we will look at mime and how to use our bodies, our surroundings, musical soundtracks, and basically anything other than our voices to create comedy, drama, and action.
SCHOOL YEAR CLUBS
- During the school year, Tween Club is held monthly on Saturday afternoons. Join us for social time from 3:00-3:30 and club from 3:30-5:30.
- School-year clubs are $10/session, payable at the door. No previous experience necessary to come to clubs.
- Clubs will be led by STC instructors Ben Siegel and Samuel Huhn.
If you have never attended a theater club before, or the last time you attended was before May 2021, you must sign an activity authorization form. Please either bring a parent with you to sign your form at STC, or bring a completed form. You can print an activity authorization here.
