Virtual Teen Club-Spring Semester 2021

Join us each month as we explore a variety of theater topics, led by STC instructors Zoey Lazere and Lena Menefee-Cook.

Winter/Spring Clubs will be held on Saturdays, 3:30—5:00 PM
(social time at 3:30 PM with workshop following at 4:00 PM)

• Fee: $7.50 per club session.
• This virtual tween club event will be conducted via Zoom; connection details will be emailed to all registrants prior to the club.
• Register by midnight before the date you’d like to attend, or register now for a semester pass!
• Payment (via PayPal) must be completed at the time of registration in order to reserve your space.

January 16: Theatre Trivia Hunt

Join us for a trivia and scavenger hunt combination game where we will explore our theatre knowledge, learn new things, and work together to accomplish fun puzzles and tasks!

February 13: Shakespeare & the Props

In this month’s club, we’ll explore some short Shakespearean scenes and experiment with how we can change the storytelling with the help of random props!

March 13: From Paint to Page to Stage

In teams, we’ll take inspiration from a painting to develop short scripts for the other team to rehearse and perform!

April 10: Personas & the Masquerade

This month, we’ll explore acting style exercises where we will discover and experiment with how characters shift between public and private personas within a scene or monologue!
